1st Day of Preschool

I snuck in a two minute photo shoot with G before he had his first day of preschool. After taking pictures of him, he asked to take on of me and I think it may be the best picture that I have of myself. lol.

July :: In Review

July went pretty fast with multiple trips to the pool, White Water, Silver Dollar City, etc. 

Every morning, Greyson grabs his teddy from bed and takes him downstairs to cuddle with him and watch a show. I doubt it will last much longer (with teddy), so I wanted to snap a few pictures to have it as a memory. 

He's used to my craziness in taking pictures of household things (for the blog), but this time he wanted to be in some. Sure, why not. 

We met Great Grandma and Great Grandpa at Incredible Pizza. Grandpa is always a good sport in doing to the racing games with the little guy.

Fishing with Great Grandpa

Last month, I randomly called Great Grandpa to see if he was up for taking Greyson to the fishing docks right by our house. He said of course and we were off within the hour. I'm not gonna lie... the little man started the day off pretty rocky. Boy oh boy was he cranky! But, we changed things up a bit and he got in a much better mood. By the end of the morning, I think we were all enjoying ourselves! And, I think the highlight of the morning was the little man catching a TURTLE!

Evening Walk

Back in July, I decided that I wanted to check out the new orthopedic hospital that was built by our house. To my surprise, they did some landscaping around a pond out back and also some very small walking trails. I knew Greyson would like it because there were rocks to climb. So, we headed there after dinner one night and explored. 

Greyson has started to ask to take pictures when we are taking pictures. It takes some confidence (and knowing I have insurance) to give over my big camera, but he loves it and I think it lets me get away with taking more pictures.
