Easter Weekend - James River Kids Event

Leslie mentioned to me that James River hosts an annual FREE kids event on Easter weekend. We checked it out and it was AMAZING! We got there right as it opened and of course, Greyson wanted to check out all the vehicles. They had an ambulance, fire truck, police car, train and school bus. The train drove around the parking lot giving rides (which we had to do twice). The other vehicles were open so that the kids could get in and check them out. He was in love! On the inside they had a petting zoo with chicks, rabbits, pigs, etc. He wasn't as enthralled with that area. There was also a toddler's area which had a super nice playground set and other interactive toys. We had fun.
