Luke and I made panzanella the other day. I had never even heard of it until I saw a recipe for it in one of my magazines. We had it with burgers and it was actually quite good. Really healthy and relatively easy to make. We keep expanding to our cooking knowledge. My goal is to try one new ingredient or one new recipe a week. I'm about a week behind. Panzanella was last week and this week we cooked Thai chicken skewers which used coconut milk. They were really good. Definitely a recipe that we will keep.
